Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Deliver strategic briefings to stakeholders on future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia and industry
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and market impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading innovation sprints with measurable outcomes
