As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and startups to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, anticipate societal shifts, and develop innovation blueprints that redefine industries. Your insights will directly influence our product development, investment decisions, and market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal trends to create 3-5 year innovation forecasts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships
- Advise on ethical implications and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or innovation frameworks
