- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global trends and disruptors to preempt market shifts
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation preferred
