Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market forces and competitive positioning
- Establish global networks with futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Design predictive analytics systems for emerging risk/opportunity identification
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
