Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges and opportunities
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-oriented industry leader
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers for continuous intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of applied futurism experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level strategic frameworks for technology-driven transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience translating complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and organizational change management
