Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across fintech, biotech, and climate sectors
- Conduct scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author white papers on exponential technologies' impact on global markets
- Manage a portfolio of innovation labs exploring metaverse, AGI, and bio-integration
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech trajectories
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Portfolio of launched futures-based initiatives
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Arabic/Spanish preferred)
