- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global markets, regulatory landscapes, and technological breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to align technological capabilities with future market demands and sustainability goals
- Present strategic frameworks and executive briefings to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation initiatives tracking long-term impact
- Manage stakeholder ecosystems including startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT) with demonstrated applied knowledge
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CPSM) preferred
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams in agile environments
