Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to construct 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in AR/VR, quantum interfaces, and bio-integrated tech
- Develop patentable innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing principles into corporate DNA
- Present disruptive blueprints to venture capital partners and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state projects launched 2020-2025
- Expertise in quantum computing implications, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech adaptation
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred) for trend modeling
