- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for autonomous systems, quantum computing, and AI ethics
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to incubate breakthrough concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting using Delphi methods, AI-driven analytics, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research on emerging tech disruption or future-of-work
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
