Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Design strategic roadmaps for R&D investments and product innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and present findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends impacting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing successful innovation strategies with measurable impact
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
