Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry transformations through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks that equip clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and trend reports disseminated to C-suite executives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to maintain competitive foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend mapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
