Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners).
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
- Monitor network performance and alert the team to potential issues before they impact users.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security patches and updates.

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- No prior professional IT experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
