Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends, or proprietary methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating complex scenario simplification
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks: STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with diverse cultural perspectives
