Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for climate-positive technologies and circular economy solutions
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and scale disruptive startups aligned with 2026 sustainability targets
- Design and deliver executive foresight workshops across global markets
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $2B+ R&D portfolio
- Mentor internal innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in ESG frameworks and UN Sustainable Development Goals
