Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI ethics, and quantum computing to identify 2026 market inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for clients in renewable energy and digital health sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Author quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Partner with academic institutions to validate emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy or consulting with futurism methodology certification
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption forecasting
- Portfolio of published trend analysis (Harvard Business Review or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year strategic pivots
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI expertise
