Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and disruption assessments for key industry verticals
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops for leadership teams
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and modeling
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- Strong network within futurist, tech, and academic communities
- Proficient with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
