Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs that inform 5-year corporate roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future consumer needs
- Present foresight insights at industry conferences and C-level summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-mapping methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
