Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and strategic priorities
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Author foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
