- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global technology forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Mentor innovation teams in horizon scanning and opportunity identification methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on innovation or future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation mastery
