Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and business opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging technologies and market paradigms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data interpretation expertise
- Experience working with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS preferred)
