Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present trend analyses to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author annual 'Horizon 2026' foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced trend-mapping methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successful trend analysis implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
