Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and socioeconomic shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for product innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce annual Future State reports and white papers on 2026 market evolution
- Guide corporate innovation challenges focused on 2026 technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
