Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
- Produce trend briefs and white papers published in MIT Technology Review and Nature Futures
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in tech strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate-tech disruption
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning deliverables
