Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global markets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with trillion-dollar potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology adoption
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout future-facing startups
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience building ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or relevant field
