Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast market evolution through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough projects aligned with long-term vision
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academic partners, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
