Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions (quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, biotech convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and disruptor startups
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies through change management initiatives
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops to update and refine the 2026 strategic vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology leadership with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED talks, industry keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global markets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
