- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's $25M annual budget and resource allocation
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and cultures
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or JavaScript)
