- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions with 5+ year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members, translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author industry thought leadership on emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFtp preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at global tech forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term technology roadmapping
