Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, ambient AI) for commercial viability
- Develop innovation KPIs and ROI models for next-gen product development
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic blueprints to board and external stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-focused planning
- Proven track record launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum algorithms, neurotech integration, or Web3 architecture
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA, Foresight Practitioner)
