Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct architectural reviews and enforce coding standards
- Drive DevOps initiatives including containerization and infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with Java/Python and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with certification
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise projects
- Strong background in microservices architecture and REST APIs
