- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Analyze global tech disruption patterns to identify competitive opportunities and threats
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and academic innovation centers
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven impact models
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps principles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
