Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and validating 3-5 year trends
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven narrative abilities
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy
