Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, and global markets using advanced scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate disruptive forces and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning and publish thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist role with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with experience in data-driven forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
