Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods in developing market-ready prototypes for future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable milestones
- mentor junior futurists and curate the company's future intelligence ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
