Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (autonomous systems, biotech interfaces, neural networks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies through global R&D partnerships and academic collaborations
- Architect scalable infrastructure for 10,000+ IoT devices with zero-trust security protocols
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech ROI and market positioning
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and technology adoption readiness
- Drive R&D investments in climate-positive technologies and carbon-neutral computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and decentralized architectures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews post-2020
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI) and AI Governance (AIGC)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
