Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on model efficiency, interpretability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by publishing findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML research or development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR).
- Deep understanding of statistical learning theory and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
