Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of our 2026 and 2030 technology roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, Biotech convergence).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech vision with business objectives.
- Prototype and validate innovative solutions through cross-functional pilot programs.
- Manage a team of futurists and R&D analysts to ensure continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product innovation.
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and driving adoption.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies.
