Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for autonomous AI agents.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into complex, multi-agent workflows.
- Implement best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for 2026 product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced AI architectures.
- Optimize inference latency and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production.
- Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LangChain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
