Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications for 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks
- Lead pilot programs for next-gen technologies including Web3, AR/VR, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for emerging tech domains
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for technology experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) preferred
