Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural network architectures.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and Edge AI.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing ML pipelines and implement strategies to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all deployed models.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and model deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing systems on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
