Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Create hybrid algorithms bridging classical HPC and quantum acceleration
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain and cryptography systems
- Optimize quantum compilers for emerging quantum hardware platforms
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Document quantum system specifications and architecture blueprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control systems
- Strong background in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
