- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech labs
- Translate emerging technologies into commercial opportunities with $10M+ potential
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Represent InnovateTech at global technology summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for experimental technologies
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or international research consortia
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
