- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 R&D departments
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory impacts in global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Mentor technology leaders in emerging domains and foster innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technology specialization
- Deep understanding of technological convergence trends and their business implications
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments (Series C+ preferred)
