- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI proficiency
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
