- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Secure $10M+ R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies (2018-2023)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture design, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
