- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and venture capital
- Present technology visions to C-suite boards and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Futurism
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) or Innovation Management
- Published thought leader in IEEE Nature or similar tier publications
- Experience securing $50M+ in strategic funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
