Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-backed insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Strong data analytics skills (Python, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
