Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Monitor emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-gen research initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints for prototype development and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Prior work with quantum algorithms or molecular modeling systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in technology commercialization and IP strategy
