Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for integrating breakthrough technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Create competitive intelligence reports on global tech innovation trends
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future technology ROI and impact
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
