Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Produce actionable scenario reports for executive decision-making on emerging risks and innovations
- Design and pilot futuristic prototypes in our Innovation Lab (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, biometric AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for 2026 technology roadmapping
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and data scientists
- Present strategic insights to global clients and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
